2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently ship across India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

A minimal shipping fee is charged per order. However, we offer free shipping on orders above 500 INR.

3. Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns: Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery and strictly for items that are damaged or incorrect. To be eligible, customers must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue, from package opening to identifying the problem. Requests without proper video evidence may be rejected.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the item is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after reviewing the issue and verifying the provided proof. Refunds are not guaranteed for reasons like change of mind, delays due to courier services, or minor packaging damage that doesn't affect product use.
